Treatment Coordinator
Our Treatment Coordinators are your personal guides through your dental care journey. They work closely with you to understand your needs, explain treatment options, and help you navigate financial considerations. Their goal is to ensure you feel fully informed and confident in your personalized path to a healthier smile.
Mai Yia
Mai Yia Xiong is a Treatment Coordinator who has been with the team for two and a half years. She brings five years of experience from a non-profit dental program where she helped low-income families get dental care for their children. Mai Yia is a certified Community Health Worker and believes that taking care of your teeth is just as important as taking care of your body. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the difference she makes in patients’ dental health. She feels the office’s flexible hours are a key feature that sets them apart. In her free time, Mai Yia loves to spend time with her family and go on road trips. As a mother of four girls, she is also a proud “dance mom” to her oldest daughter, who competes on a team out of state.
Isela
Isela is a Treatment Coordinator who has been part of the Associated Dentists team for over four years, helping patients feel confident and comfortable throughout their dental journey. She is dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish by explaining procedures, answering questions, and building strong connections with every person she meets. Isela’s friendly, caring nature helps patients feel at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and four children, and cheering on her daughter at volleyball games.
Arrony
Arrony has been a Treatment Coordinator at Associated Dentists for almost three years and genuinely loves being part of a team that cares about patient well-being. With a background in Community Health, Arrony has been working in healthcare since she was 18 years old. She believes that helping patients with dental anxiety and creating a gentle, comfortable environment truly sets the practice apart. Arrony’s favorite dental tip is simple but powerful: always brush your teeth both morning and night. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, exploring new restaurants, playing volleyball, or going on a shopping spree. She also loves spending time with her family, whether they’re traveling, camping, or out on the water fishing.
Annik
Annik joined the team in 2025 as a Treatment Coordinator, bringing a strong dedication to building meaningful patient relationships and ensuring everyone feels truly taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. Continually expanding her knowledge of dentistry is one of her favorite parts of the job, which pairs perfectly with her studies at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she is pursuing a degree focused on a future career in dental sales.
For downtime, you can find her heading to the cabin, enjoying sunny lake days, hanging out with family and friends, and spoiling her dog, Jax. Fun fact she is also a small business owner and entrepreneur!
