Director of Operations and HR

As the Director of Operations and HR, Carrie’s journey in dentistry began at age 15. After working as a dental assistant for 10 years, she returned to college to earn her degree in dental hygiene, a role she enjoyed for over 25 years. Carrie has broadened her impact by teaching dental assisting, consulting, and serving as a Hygiene Manager for a dental support organization. She joined Associated Dentists as the Operations/HR Manager to spend more time with her grandchildren. She feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside an amazing team and owner who share her passion for delivering comprehensive, high-quality patient care. Outside of work, Carrie loves being near the water, camping, playing cards, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
