R. David Resch DDS
Dr. Resch is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with degrees in both chemistry and psychology. He went on to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery, and has been in private practice in the field of general dentistry since 1978.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the St. Paul District Dental Association, is an associate member of the Chicago Dental Society and a member of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis, and Prevention (OSAP), an international organization that emphasizes infection control in dentistry. Dr. Resch is past President of the St. Paul District Dental Society and was president of the Minnesota Dental Association in 2018. In 2020 he accepted a five year position with the American Dental Association on their Council on Annual Meetings, a committee that emphasizes the continuing education of its members.
In addition to serving in organized dentistry, he has lectured in the field of Infection Control and OSHA regulations, both regionally and at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in their Continuing Dental Education Program. Dr. Resch continues to strive for excellence in his profession through participation in continuing dental education and is dedicated to improving the oral and systemic health of his patients and transforming their smiles.
Dr. Resch’s hobbies include sailing, hockey(yes, still!), golf, and he plays keyboard in a band.
